NoireAn extra day

Wouldn't it be nice to have an extra day every month?

We can't add one to the calendar, but we can give you one back.

We find the repeat paperwork eating your week, set it up to happen on its own, and keep it running. That's at least 8 hours a month back for your team. Nobody learns new software, and nobody babysits anything.

Sound familiar?

  • Someone in your office types the same order into two places.
  • Someone chases the same invoices every month.
  • Someone spends Monday morning building the numbers by hand.

None of it is hard. It just never stops. And it's usually your best people doing it.

What we do

  1. Find the hours. We look at how your office really runs and find the repeat work worth taking off your team's plate.
  2. Set it up. We build the fix around how you already work. That might mean connecting the programs you use so nobody retypes anything, or replacing a spreadsheet someone updates by hand with something that does it for them.
  3. Keep it running. For a monthly fee, we look after what we set up.

Your team still makes the judgment calls. They just stop doing the copying.

  • Nothing new for your team to learn
  • No passwords to hand over to get started
  • We only touch your systems once you hire us to fix something

Start with the Extra Day Check: free, about 3 minutes

Answer a few questions about last week and see where your team's time actually goes. No sign-up, no sales call.

The kits are software we already built. The assessment is how we figure out the custom software for the work those kits can't do.

With a call: $999. We go through it with you, by phone or video.

Online: $499. You answer a few more questions on your own.

If you accept the proposal, what you paid comes off the cost to deliver it. If we can't find 8 hours a month we can automate, the assessment is free.

Who's behind this

Noire is a service of Ngentix, a company that connects business software so information moves on its own. It's led by Christian Hammer, who has spent 30 years building systems behind companies like Nike and Wayfair. Now he and the Ngentix team do the same thing for businesses down the street.

"Most owners I talk to aren't short on ideas. They're short on hours. Let's find yours."
